Biography
Jewelry that can be worn with a wedding dress one day, and a pair of jeans the next!
The name of my company is TZTUDIO JEWELRY, pronounced "T's Studio Jewelry". My friends call me "T" for short, so that's how the name came about.
I became interested in jewelry making 5 years ago, when my best friend was diagnosed with breast cancer. I launched a project called "Time For a Cure". I designed watches with a breast cancer awareness theme, and donated the proceeds to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation. Once I picked up that first bead, I was hooked. I only recently discovered Precious Metal Clay, but it has quickly become my favorite medium.
Things in nature often inspire my jewelry designs, and inspiration can strike anywhere, so I keep a pencil with me at all times. I have a notebook full of sketches on scrap paper, cocktail napkins and post it notes. I love using a combination of materials in my pieces. Most of my designs feature freshwater pearls, swarovski crystals and cubic zirconia along with Precious Metal Clay.
